Advanced GigaInc. designs, fabricates, and deploys modular data center infrastructure forhyperscale operators. Our flagship products—the MDH (Modular Data Hall), MTCS(Modular Technology Cooling System), and MES (Modular Electrical System)—arefactory-built, tested, and commissioned before they ever leave our facility. Weare not a general contractor. We are an engineering-led manufacturer that ownsthe full lifecycle: design, fabrication, controls integration, factoryacceptance testing, delivery, and on-site commissioning. Our clients includethe largest cloud infrastructure providers in the world.
We are asmall, high-impact team where your decisions directly shape outcomes onprograms worth tens of millions of dollars. If you want to learn this industryfrom the inside, there is no faster classroom.
AGI is hiringa Project Coordinator to work across different concurrent programs. You are theperson who keeps the day-to-day machinery of these programs moving—trackerscurrent, vendors chased, meeting minutes taken, documents filed, deliveriesconfirmed. This role is first and foremost about coordination and follow-up:keeping every open item visible, chased, and closed.
This is ajunior role and an exceptional learning seat: you will sit at the center ofprocurement, fabrication, testing, delivery, and commissioning on livehyperscale programs from day one. It is also a real coordination job—lists,follow-ups, and details, done relentlessly. Expect to travel 25–50% of the timeto our fabrication partners in South Texas and to client sites.
• Maintain the program trackers—action-item logs, procurement and delivery trackers, submittal logs, and punch lists—as the single current version everyone works from
• Chase open items to closure—follow up with fabrication shops, vendors, and internal engineers ondeliverables, delivery dates, and answers, and escalate to the Project Managerbefore something slips
• Run meeting logistics—schedule program meetings, take clear minutes, publish action items, and track them until done
• Support client reporting—assemble weekly status inputs, photos, and milestone updates for theProject Manager's client-facing reports
• Travel to fabrication shops and client sites(25–50%) to support factory acceptance testing, shipping, installation, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate shipping and delivery milestones for oversized modules and cart batches with the logistics andfabrication teams
• Own project document control—drawings, submittals, transmittals, and quality records organized, versioned, and findable
• Support change-order and milestone-billingpaperwork with the Project Manager and finance
• 1–3 years of experience in projectcoordination, construction, manufacturing, or a similarly deadline-drivenenvironment
• Relentlessly organized—you run on lists andtrackers, and things assigned to you do not get dropped
• A clear, concise writer: your meeting minutesand status updates can be forwarded without editing
• Comfortable on shop floors and constructionsites, and genuinely willing to travel 25–50% of the time
• Strong in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• A self-starter who chases answers withoutbeing asked twice—and asks when something doesn't make sense
• A background or degree in mechanical orprocess engineering—our programs are thermal and fluid systems, and anengineering foundation will accelerate everything you do here
• Ability to read P&IDs, mechanicaldrawings, or construction documents
• Exposure to MS Project or Primavera P6
• Experience with modular or off-sitefabrication, data centers, or industrial equipment
• Spanish language skills—useful with our SouthTexas fabrication partners
• Base salary: $60,000 - $90,000
• A front-row education in hyperscaleinfrastructure delivery—procurement through commissioning—working directly withan experienced Project Manager
• Real responsibility from week one: yourtrackers and follow-ups are what the program runs on
• A technical leadership team that invests inpeople who deliver (engineering-led company, not sales-led)
• The chance to grow with a formative-stagecompany—we are building our playbooks, and the right person will help writethem
